1. Who we are and what these terms cover

This site is operated by Mettric Data Technology LTDA, CNPJ 53.179.077/0001-37, Av. Paulista, 1471 — Bela Vista — São Paulo/SP — CEP 01311-927. These terms apply to the mettric.cloud institutional site and the contact form — not to the cloud services themselves: subscribing to the services is governed by its own agreement (including SLA and acceptable use policy), which you review before accepting.

2. Site content

Site content — plans, prices, specifications and data center regions — is informational and may be updated without notice. What governs your subscription are the terms of the commercial proposal and agreement you accept.

• Displayed prices are for reference; those in the commercial proposal or subscription dashboard prevail.
• Features and specifications may evolve over time.
• Availability and performance commitments are those defined in the SLA of the agreement.

3. Contact form

Submitting the contact form is free and creates no service agreement or obligation to contract — for you or for Mettric.

• We use the data you submit solely to reply to you and conduct commercial discussions.
• Any promotions or credits we announce are subject to their own rules, published at activation, and may have eligibility requirements.
• You can request deletion of your data at any time by writing to privacidade@mettric.com.br.
• Data submitted through the form is processed as described in our Privacy Policy.

4. Acceptable use of the site

You agree to use the site only for lawful purposes. It is forbidden to:

• Attempt unauthorized access to systems, accounts or data of Mettric or third parties.
• Overload the site, interfere with its operation or attempt to bypass security mechanisms.
• Perform abusive automated collection (mass scraping) of the content.
• Submit false data or impersonate another person or company in the forms.

5. Intellectual property

The Mettric brand, logo, mascot, texts, layout and other site elements belong to Mettric or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property law. You may view the content and share links freely; reproduction or commercial use requires prior written authorization. Third-party trademarks mentioned on the site belong to their respective owners.

6. Third-party links and services

The site may contain links to third-party sites and services (social networks, status page, forms). They have their own terms and policies, and Mettric is not responsible for their content or practices.

7. Disclaimer of warranties

The site is provided “as is”. We apply reasonable care, but we do not warrant that the content is error-free, up to date or uninterruptedly available. The information on the site does not constitute technical, legal or financial advice.

8. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Mettric is not liable for indirect damages or lost profits arising from the use (or inability to use) this informational site. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that Brazilian law does not allow limiting — including under the Consumer Protection Code, where applicable.

9. Changes

We may change these terms and the site content at any time. The current version is always on this page, with the update date at the top. Changes to how personal data is handled follow the process in the Privacy Policy.

10. Governing law and venue

These terms are governed by the laws of the Federative Republic of Brazil. The courts of São Paulo/SP are elected to resolve disputes, except that, if you are a consumer, the courts of your domicile apply.
